Deliveries

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tuesday to Saturday.

We will aim to get your order dispatched the next day after ordering.

Please allow up to 4 working days for Create Your Own Boxes to be dispatched. We do aim for this to be quicker but cannot guarantee it.

During busy seasonal periods there may be delays in dispatching your order, if you need it urgently, please email chocolate@twistedtulipdesigns.co.uk

Refund Policy

Whilst we cannot accept returns due to the nature of our product, we want to always operate at the highest level of customer service.

Should your order arrived damaged in any sort of way, we will happily send out another for you free of charge, or refund you if you would prefer. Simply send us a picture of your damaged item, along with your complaint to chocolate@twistedtulipdesigns.co.uk

Please note, we will not issue refunds or replacements if you have already started eating the chocolates.
